My last holiday!

4th Form is learning how to write NARRATIVES. Narratives are stories (real or made up) which are written in the past. Take a look at our first narratives...

Last summer I went to V. Gesell with my family. We went by car. We stayed in a hotel for thirty days.

The weather was sunny and very hot. I went to the beach with my father. We always had lunch in the hotel. At night we went to city centre and walked one kilometer. I wanted to stay sixty days but my father didn´t want to. I had great fun! (Augusto Trufelman)

Last summer I went to the beach with my family. We stayed in a hotel. There were many trees and animals.

The weather was very cold so we stayed in the bedroom. In the morning we usually had breakfast in the hotel. Then, I played football with my father, sister and brother and then, we had lunch. I wanted to stay two months! (Maxi Trufelman)

My last holiday I went to Neuquén and Villa la Angostura, I stayed in a cottage. I went with my family by car.

I visited Mamuschka Chocolate Shop and I also went skiing. I stayed one week. The weather was very cold. In the morning we usually had breakfast. I had a good time! (Vicky Binetti)

Last summer holidays I went to the beach with some friends and my family. We stayed in a hotel "Dreams La Romana" for two weeks. There was a beautiful sea.

The weather was sunny and hot, but one day the sky turned grey and it started to rain a lot. It rained for a day!

We went swimming in the sea and in the swimming pool many times. In the morning we usually had breakfast in the hotel and then we went to the beach. On the beach we played in the sun and made a castle, but the sea destroyed it.

Then my friends and my family went to Panama. There we stayed two days and then we travelled by plane. But I loved this holiday, I had great fun! (Valen Arana)

Last summer I went to my house at the beach with my dad, mom, brother and my dog Benji.  We stayed one week and two days. There were many people on the beach. We went and came back by car.  We had a good time! (Nahuel Meijome)

Last holiday I went to the United States with my mother and my friends.  We stayed in Miami. We visited Disney's amusement park. There were many games, for example, "The Rocket".

The weather was sunny and very hot so we went riding bikes. We travelled back home by plane.  It was a short but exciting holiday. We had great fun! (Nacho Alonso)

Last summer I went to the beach with my family. We stayed in a hotel for one week.

The weather was very sunny and hot so I went swimming in a pool many times. In the afternoon I went to buy a toy in a park, I travelled by car. It was a long and very happy holiday! We had fun! (Emilio Martin Li Gioi)

Last summer I went to Cordoba with my family. We stayed in a cottage for fifteen days. There was a lake.

The weather was very good. It was hot so we played golf many times. In the morning we had breakfast in the hotel. Then, we went to fields of golf and we played. After that, we went to the cottage and we had snack.

We came back home after fifteen funny and excellent days. It was a great holiday! (Ian Fresco)

Last summer I went to Ecuador with my mother, my father and my brother. We stayed in a hotel for two weeks.

The weather was sunny and very hot so we went swimming to the sea and played football. We also watched TV.

Segundo grado le hace la publicidad a los siguientes libros...

¡Hola a todos!

Queríamos contarles que durante las vacaciones de invierno los chicos de segundo grado eligieron y leyeron un libro.  Al regresar a clases cada uno escribió una reseña de dicho portador y luego armaron un cartel publicitario para promocionar su libro.

Ahora es momento de elegir cuál  nos interesaría leer, acá les mostramos los carteles que se encuentran en el pasillo del colegio.
