English Tea Party!

The English Tea Party is a new English Project that will take place at our school every year in which all our pupils learn about other cultures and experience some of their customs and habits.

About a week before the party, students investigated, read and learnt about the English Monarchy and the tradition of the five-o'clock-tea through different kinds of materials such as songs, videos, texts and photos.

And each class prepared something to share at the party. Have a look:

At the party!!!!

6th form welcomed the rest of the school and showed everyone to their tables.

1st form sang and danced !

2nd form acted out and sang, too!

5th form sang "English Tea" by Paul Mc Cartney and Agustín played the guitar

Miss Jimena and Inglés Curricular prepared a Royal Jeopardy Game which we all played in teams

Finally, we had tea and ate the delicacies made by 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

We had great fun together! It was a nice way to end the first half of the year.

We want to thank families for helping in providing the ingredients for the different recipes and the beautiful costumes for our little kings and queens!
