Building our own city - 5th form

Our city

In 5th form we thought it was a good idea to imagine and create our ideal city, by choosing buildings, places and shops we would most like to have. So, after drawing some blueprints, we set off.

After the first design, The building started. Using coloured paper, glue, scissors and markers, the city started to take shape.

Some discussions and new decisions arose while designing the final product, but everyone came to an agreement and work went on.

You can see here that 5th form students are potential architects and engineers.

Here's the final product. Yet another awesome job carried out by 5th form. Congratulations!!!

A little bit of Grammar! - 5th form

Here at fifth form we care about grammar a lot. That's why we embarked on making posters on different tenses and structures. Here we go.

 First, we cut up some colour papers to divide the structure and the sentence.

Then, we researched a bit on wh-words and their different meanings.

After that, we started to design the poster and the heading.

Everything was starting to take shape.

The research kept on going, sheding light to important results.

 Our designers did a great job, but the poster wasn't still finished...

...because of the slips of paper!

Getting ready for our Immersion Programme!

5th and 6th Form are going to Mercedes from the 6th to the 8th of June!

We´ve been preparing interesting activities in order to collect money for this trip: We raffled a trip to Mendoza and tickets for the Book Fair; we aso prepared a play with Tuli during our Musical Theatre classes.  And the best of all: We are learning a lot about the culture of English Speaking countries in order to make the most of this trip!
